Service

isalive.dev provides uptime monitoring and status page services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

Acceptable use

You may not use isalive.dev to:

• Monitor URLs you do not own or have permission to monitor
• Conduct DDoS attacks or load testing via our monitoring service
• Distribute malware or phishing content via status pages
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime and will retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime of the monitoring service itself. We are not liable for damages resulting from service downtime or missed alerts.

Data

You retain ownership of all data you provide. We may delete data in accordance with our retention policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting mike@mikesellitto.com.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
